Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is important to Koppens, we think that sustainability is the balance between People, Planet and Profit. Through collaboration with amfori BSCI and FSC®, we try to ensure proper awareness throughout the production process.

As a member of amfori, the leading international trade association for open and sustainable trade, Koppens believes it is important that people in the production chain are treated equally and fairly. Within Koppens, conditions at the workplace, the environment, and fair trade are seen as essential. With amfori BSCI, we hope to improve the social performance of our supply chain.

Koppens chooses for articles with FSC certification. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council®) guarantees that a wood or paper product comes from a responsibly managed forest. According to FSC, good forest management means meeting the highest demands in the social, environmental and economic fields. Ask for FSC®-certified products

Quality and Safety

Koppens makes every effort to ensure that its products meet all possible wishes and specifications of the customer. We visit and control factories in China by ourselves, so we can be sure that agreements of ​​social conditions and the environment are being complied with.
Through a permanent team in China, quality controls can easily be carried out on manufactured products. This ensures that the chance of unpleasant surprises will reduce to a minimum. Of course, we will also do a quality check upon arrival of the shipment.
